Own and optimize growth levers by managing our commercial toolbox (promo mechanics, coupons, incentives, bundles), continuously improving efficiency, and conducting deep-dive analyses to unlock revenue and margin growth.
Define and orchestrate the commercial calendar by planning and aligning all campaigns cross-functionally, leading key rituals (kick-offs, check-ins), ensuring flawless execution across channels, and driving post-mortem analyses with clear learnings.
Act as the central coordination point for commercial topics by connecting Categories, Marketing, Webshop, and Operations, ensuring smooth collaboration, and leading key growth projects with full accountability on performance and reporting.
Bring market and competitive insights by monitoring trends and competitors, and translating insights into actionable recommendations to continuously refine the commercial strategy.
Requirements
You’re able to connect the dots between customer insights, product performance, pricing dynamics, and operational levers to define high-impact growth strategies.
You have 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Pricing, RGM, Key Account Management, Business Strategy, or Consulting, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or consumer goods.
You understand pricing, margin drivers, channel dynamics, and portfolio management deeply enough to make data-driven decisions that move the business forward.
You can navigate and align diverse stakeholders across global, regional, and local teams. You lead through influence and structured communication.
As part of a fast-scaling environment, you know how to operate in changing settings, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly.
Fluent in English.
