You identify the right contacts, generate interest in our solutions, and lay the foundation for long-term customer relationships in the public sector through professional communication.
Outbound prospecting: You identify new leads and reach out to them via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Qualification and discovery: In cold calls and initial conversations you analyze the status quo, pain points, and needs of potential customers with the goal of qualifying them for a demo appointment.
Pipeline management: You record all activities accurately in our CRM and ensure a seamless handover to the Account Executive team.
Collaboration and optimization: You work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product, provide market feedback, and continuously help refine our sales playbooks.
Requirements
You have initial experience in sales, ideally as a BDR, SDR, or AE.
First exposure to B2B customers in a SaaS environment is an advantage.
Experience in the public sector is a strong plus.
You stand out through a positive presence, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Active listening comes naturally to you.
You are goal-oriented, proactive, and take action rather than just talking about it.
You are enthusiastic about SaaS and software solutions.
You have German proficiency at C2+ level and English at B2+ level.
