Support the successful delivery of Data Centre projects.
Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying & Cost Management duties.
Work closely with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver projects successfully and on budget.
Client relationship management and development.
Comply with established Commercial, Procurement, Contractual strategies.
To carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes and procedures.
Requirements
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline.
Chartered / Professionally Qualified (MRICS or equivalent),or studying toward.
Experience of supporting/delivery of MEP packages.
Data Centre experience.
