Pre
and post-contract Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.
Demonstrate leadership across people, projects and business activities.
Build and develop strong client relationships, contributing to work winning and new business opportunities.
Contribute to the financial performance of projects and the wider business, including revenue and profitability.
Manage and develop team members, including mentoring and supporting career development.
Promote efficiency, effectiveness and best practice across projects and teams.
Participate in and contribute to the development of Rider Levett Bucknall strategy.
Monitor technical performance across projects, reviewing delivery with teams and clients to ensure high standards.
Keep up to date with current thinking and best practice within the discipline.

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline.
MRICS or membership of other relevant professional body.
Strong experience delivering Data Centres and MEP / Mechanical & Electrical packages.
Strong technical delivery experience.
Previously employed by a consultancy or end user client.
Stakeholder management with a clear focus on developing client accounts.
Demonstrable leadership capabilities across people, projects and business.
