Contribute to cross-functional accounting projects across the Group: analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and making concrete recommendations
Participate in the standardization and documentation of accounting processes across the Group
Produce regular financial analyses and reports for management (dashboards, KPIs, performance summaries)
Provide operational support to accounting teams and proactively propose ways to improve the efficiency of existing processes
Coordinate communications between business teams and the finance departments of the Group’s various entities
Help maintain the project documentation repository (procedures, user guides, meeting minutes)
Requirements
Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+4/5) in Finance, Accounting, Management Control or Audit (business school or university)
Strong command of Excel and Microsoft Office; an interest in ERP and financial information systems
Impeccable rigor and attention to detail: ensuring data reliability under all circumstances, with no tolerance for approximation
Initiative and proactivity: ability to identify issues and suggest improvements without prompting
First experience in accounting, management control or project management (internship or apprenticeship) (desirable)
Familiarity with an ERP system (SAP, Oracle or equivalent) (desirable)
