Work with index-tracking equity portfolios for institutional and private investors
Manage and optimize equity index portfolios across global markets
Execute and follow up on portfolio rebalances, corporate actions, and cash flows
Contribute to portfolio construction and implementation efficiency
Work closely with trading, risk, sustainability, and operations teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics, processes, and investment workflows
Support development of tools, automation, and scalable ways of working
Contribute to product development and communicate portfolio strategy to clients and internal stakeholders

Relevant experience in portfolio management or related fields
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
Structured and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
Interested in financial markets, indexing, and portfolio construction
Comfortable collaborating in a team setting
Interested in how data, automation, and AI can improve investment processes
Experience from asset management, trading, index investing, or quantitative analysis is highly relevant
Track record or demonstrated responsibility within portfolio management or related areas is considered a strong advantage
