Sales strategy & new business: You develop and implement targeted acquisition plans and sales strategies to achieve our growth objectives through the active acquisition of new customers.
Market expansion: You take responsibility for the strategic development and sustainable establishment of our presence in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and in Austria to secure new market share.
Growth-driven sales: You proactively identify new customer potentials as well as cross
and upselling opportunities to strategically expand our portfolio and continuously increase revenue.
Needs analysis & consulting: You analyze the complex requirements of our customer base across segments (from SMB to Key Account), present tailored software solutions and negotiate deals through to successful closing.
Internal collaboration: You work closely with product management, marketing, and Customer Success and Care teams to ensure optimal lead generation and long-term satisfaction of our Key Accounts.
Performance analysis: You continuously monitor and analyze all sales activities and market opportunities and prepare regular forecasts to manage and steer your results.
Requirements
Experience & track record: Minimum of 8 years of demonstrable success in Key Account Management within the SaaS or software industry, and ideally solid market knowledge of the fitness sector in Austria and Switzerland.
Languages: Fluent German (C1) and very good English skills (B2), both written and spoken.
Competencies: Excellent closing skills and negotiation ability, plus a confident presence at the management level of decision-makers.
Market understanding: Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to (re)establish and successfully develop long-term strategic business relationships.
Technical understanding: Basic knowledge of SaaS technologies and the ability to present technical concepts convincingly at the management level.
Working style: Independent, structured and strategic approach with a clear focus on acquisition and achieving ambitious sales targets.
