Actively prospect new clients via phone calls and WhatsApp interactions, aiming to present, negotiate and close sales of card readers while offering solutions that meet client needs.
Manage the entire sales process, from negotiation through to closing.
Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and promote actions that encourage loyalty and potential upsell opportunities.
Identify, explore and prospect new business opportunities by analyzing the market and industry trends to contribute to the growth and expansion of the customer portfolio.
Keep detailed, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, sales and activities in the system, ensuring data accuracy for performance monitoring and future relationship strategies.
Work aligned with the company’s sales targets, contributing to the achievement of commercial objectives and continuously striving to exceed performance expectations.
Requirements
Degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
Experience in digital sales, preferably with payment acquirers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese.
Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel and CRM systems.
Availability to work during business hours.
