Role Overview
- Handle enforcement/execution proceedings
- Analyze appellate opinions
- Draft legal pleadings and documents
- Prepare detailed reports
- Communicate and coordinate with clients
- Request payment of fees and deposits
- Represent clients at conciliation and initial hearings.
Requirements
- Law degree
- Active OAB registration (membership with the Brazilian Bar Association)
- Experience in labor law preferred
