Creation of incentive mechanics aligned with business goals and commercial KPIs;
Planning and management of relationship initiatives, activations and premium experiences;
Management of hospitality assets, VIP boxes, tickets and exclusive experiences;
Development of commercial materials, presentations and sales kits;
Ongoing liaison with Trade Marketing, Sales, Events and Marketing teams;
Design of journeys and communications for incentive campaigns;
Monitoring of results, engagement and performance of initiatives;
Management of suppliers, agencies and partners involved in activations.

Previous experience in incentive marketing, trade marketing, events, live marketing or commercial relationship management;
Experience with incentive campaigns and activities aimed at the sales force;
Experience in campaign planning and activation management;
Knowledge in developing commercial materials and campaign communications;
Preferred experience in event management, hospitality and VIP experiences.
