Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Provide HSEQ governance for the North American Region.
• Ensure efficient and effective health, safety, quality, and sustainability structures and processes.
• Provide leadership in facilities, IT, and security across the organization.
• Support North America’s Vice President
• Commercial Director and the Global HSEQ Director.
• Ensure policy and legal compliance and commercial and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Five years’ experience managing HSEQ (9001, 14001,17025, 27001, and 45001) functions that includes at least light industrial activities
• Completion of post-secondary education in a related discipline
• Established record of implementing or significantly improving HSEQ processes in at least a medium size organization
• Ability to obtain a Canadian Security clearance
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
