Support onboarding activities by creating engagement binders and organizing client documents
Assist with the onboarding processes, such as managing Wrike templates, handling NCS, and preparing the engagement letter
Manage incoming client emails by scanning documents and identifying urgent items that require immediate attention
Coordinate calendars for meetings, calls, and Zoom sessions with clients
Generate forms and handle requests, including faxing, DocuSign, and certified mailings
Update client information in the Aderant and CCH systems
Organize training sessions and communicate with staff regarding training dates and requirements
Coordinate tax events, track billable hours, and assist with fee allocations
Retrieve and add bank and brokerage statements to client engagements
Oversee management of client email accounts, ensuring timely organization and inclusion of documents in engagements
Track client compliance reporting
Requirements
1-2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant in a fast-paced professional services work environment (Accounting, Financial Services or Law firm experience highly desirable)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong organization, time management, and computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
