Ensure accurate, reliable, and compliant inventory management across global locations using SAP ERP systems.
Execute and control stock transactions in SAP ERP and related global shipping systems.
Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses, yards, ports, and wind farms.
Ensure alignment between physical material movements and ERP transactions, avoiding discrepancies.
Monitor stock reliability in line with defined processes and internal controls.
Extract, validate, and analyze data from SAP and other systems to support inventory KPIs and dashboards.
Prepare regular reports and presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint.
Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in SAP inventory processes.
Support implementation of process enhancements to improve inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Manage and validate invoices received through workflow systems.
Act as a key SAP inventory subject matter support for cross-functional and global teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Combination with Data Science or Analytics is strongly preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (Inventory / Logistics modules).
Experience in inventory control, logistics operations, or material management (industry-agnostic).
Minimum 3+ years of experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (Inventory / Logistics modules).
Advanced SAP ERP user (inventory and logistics-related processes).
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including macro programming).
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint.
Highly analytical and data-driven mindset.
Strong ability to validate, interpret, and present complex data.
Business-fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
German & Spanish are a strong advantage.
