Lead the delivery of our sustaining capital portfolio
Own projects from concept through to commissioning, focusing on systems such as crushers, conveyors, dewatering, and ventilation
Work closely with multiple stakeholders to safely deliver practical improvements that enhance operational efficiency and reliability
Deliver mechanical projects on time, within budget, and to a high safety standard
Design and review mechanical systems and site infrastructure
Manage contractors and tenders to ensure clear scopes and quality delivery
Perform technical calculations for in-house engineering solutions
Provide technical advice to maintenance and operations teams
Build strong relationships to understand and solve site challenges
Report project progress, performance and risks clearly and effectively

A Mechanical Engineering degree or a strong mechanical trade background with proven project management experience
Demonstrated experience delivering projects through construction and commissioning
Technical knowledge of mining systems, including material handling and pumping
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
A practical, “can-do” approach with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Self-motivation and ability to deliver outcomes in a dynamic operational environment
