Experience in building and managing partner ecosystems, particularly within fast-paced, mission-driven organizations
Experience in participating in trade shows and conferences, including scouting, networking, and speaking engagements, is preferred
Proficiency in analyzing data using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, R, or SAS, preferred but not required
Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage partnership pipelines, track stakeholder engagement, maintain data integrity, and support strategic reporting and operational decision-making
Proven experience in independently securing and formalizing partnership agreements, including both financial and in-kind contributions
Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling to interpret complex datasets and provide actionable insights, preferred
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. to create clear and compelling visual representations of data for stakeholders
Ability to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within data and translate findings into practical business recommendations
Strong problem-solving skills to develop and implement solutions based on data-driven evidence
Proven track record in impact measurement, data analysis, and reporting methodologies
Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage complex initiatives
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior-level external partners and internal teams
Strategic thinker and planner with a collaborative approach and a commitment to achieving measurable outcomes
Comfort in a dynamic environment where priorities evolve rapidly
Up to 10-12 domestic trips annually, ranging 2-3 days and up to 2 international trips per year
