About this role
Role Overview
- Acts as a strategic partner and advisor for a portfolio of business or functional groups
- Enables the creation, delivery and measurement of comprehensive learning solutions aligned to strategic business priorities
- Develops and supports the implementation of learning strategies to build individual, team and organizational effectiveness at TD
- Works in a collaborative fashion with HR partners and business leaders, managing relationships and overall deliverables across multiple phases
- Requires critical strategic thinking, and a good balance between understanding TD's Operating Model and program structure and governance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
- 10+ Years of related experience
- In depth knowledge of a specialized Human Resources function
- Expert communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to deal with all levels of management
- Strong Customer Service orientation and ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external clients
