Perform analysis, mapping, and specification of integrations between ERPs and fiscal solutions/DF-e messaging systems for electronic fiscal documents
Gather requirements from tax, accounting, IT, and business areas
Map inbound and outbound fiscal processes within the ERP
Translate tax rules into system requirements
Specify integrations between ERP, DF-e messaging services, and fiscal solutions
Develop field mappings (ERP x fiscal solution x XML)
Analyze XMLs, rejections, and responses from SEFAZ/municipal authorities
Support integrated testing, homologation (UAT) and fiscal validation
Identify data, configuration and process gaps
Document flows, rules, layouts, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with vendors and technical teams

Experience with Brazilian tax and fiscal processes
Knowledge of electronic fiscal documents: NF-e, NFC-e, NFS-e, CT-e and MDF-e
Experience with ERP-to-fiscal/messaging solution integrations
Knowledge of: fiscal XML and DF-e schemas; APIs and web services; file formats (TXT, CSV, XML, JSON); and databases
Experience with processes such as billing, procurement, goods receipt, fiscal operations, and logistics
Ability to map data and create source-to-target mappings
Good communication with technical and business stakeholders
Experience with functional documentation
Experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) and/or Oracle
Working knowledge of SQL
Knowledge of: SPED Fiscal / EFD Contribuições, tax reporting obligations, and tax calculation engines
Experience in ERP implementation/migration projects, fiscal solutions, or DF-e messaging projects
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
