Requirements
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in regulated healthcare, payer strategy, pharmacy benefit management, consulting, or a related field
Deep expertise in Medicaid and Marketplace, including regulatory frameworks, policy dynamics, and client strategy
Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving results in complex, matrixed environments
Strong ability to interpret regulations and translate them into clear business and client strategies
Demonstrated experience building trusted executive relationships and influencing outcomes at a senior level
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills, with the ability to move ideas into action
Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
Bachelor’s degree (business, healthcare, public policy, or related field)
Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, or MPH
