About this role
Role Overview
Shape how a power grid services organization plans, tracks, and delivers commercial performance across North America
Design and run the sales operating model that supports service agreements, upgrades, and lifecycle solutions
Bring clarity to pipeline health, forecasting discipline, and performance visibility
Improve how service opportunities are identified, tracked, and converted into executed work
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, IT, and Portfolio Management to align priorities and execution
Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Business Operations
Experience building and scaling sales operating models and KPI frameworks
Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) and SharePoint
Working knowledge of CRM platforms (SFDC), SAP, and data-driven performance management
Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
