Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or a quantitative field (Math, System Analysis);
Graduated from a strong university (e.g., KSE, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, KPI, KNEU, Taras Shevchenko University or similar);
1–2 years of experience in Big 4 or top consulting / advisory firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BCG, McKinsey, Bain, etc.);
Experience in audit, transaction services, financial due diligence, corporate finance, strategy, or management consulting;
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and structured problem-solving;
Good English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
