Source potential Barista and Intern candidates through job boards, social media platforms, universities, and hospitality community channels
Screen incoming resumes and maintain an organized candidate pipeline for different store and office positions
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, store managers, and related departments
Post, update, and maintain recruitment advertisements across career platforms and social media channels
Support recruitment activities at career fairs, hospitality events, coffee expos, and university engagement programs
Assist in preparing onboarding documents, welcome kits, and orientation logistics for new hires
Update and maintain candidate and employee records accurately within HR systems and internal databases
Support internal communication and coordination between store teams and the HR department
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, internal events, and team-building initiatives
Research and support the development of onboarding and operational training materials for Baristas and Interns
Document HR and operational processes and suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
Assist in tracking attendance, employee records, and HR administrative documentation when required
Stay informed on Vietnam labor regulations and HR best practices relevant to the F&B industry
Requirements
Undergraduate or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related fields
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail and F&B environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work collaboratively with different teams
Previous involvement in recruitment, event coordination, student activities, or hospitality environments is a plus
