Partner with internal stakeholders (Algorithm and Product Managers) to define data needs and translate them into structured collection plans and catalogs.
Lead data projects from the planning stage through execution, coordinating with our driving teams, to final delivery.
Build and maintain clear dashboards using BI tools to monitor data quality, validity, and delivery progress in real time.
Perform deep-dive research into various data components to identify and resolve anomalies, gaps or bottlenecks in our data pipelines.
Improve processes by innovation and outside-the-box thinking, applying AI-driven tools to build creative MVPs and POCs that automate workflows and solve various challenges.
Implement high standards for data validation, proactively identify trends, and raise "red flags" to stakeholders when data quality drops.
Requirements
B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
3–5 years of experience in Data or Product Analytics.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel for data querying, manipulation, and research
Must.
Proven experience creating actionable dashboards and reports using BI tools (such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar) – Must.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate across teams.
A hands-on approach combined with analytical thinking and a natural curiosity for exploring data.
Excellent communication skills to confidently present insights and drive data consistency.
Familiarity with sensors, hardware-software interfaces, or the automotive industry
