Responsible for the successful partnership and performance of direct report team.
Mediate and resolve high volume employee relations concerns and conduct thorough investigations.
Manage, lead, and reinforce assigned Human Resources initiatives such as recognition and training initiatives.
Partner with Senior Regional Vice Presidents and General Managers to assess and address All Human Resources needs.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Human Resources requirements.
Lead and manage strong conflict resolution strategies with teams.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
4 to 6 years of Human Resources experience required.
California Human Resources experience is required.
SHRM certification a plus.
Knowledge of HRIS systems, ADP experience preferred.
Ability to handle sensitive and highly personal information daily while maintaining confidentiality in a mature and professional manner.
