Assist with recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and communicating with candidates
Support onboarding processes: preparing new hire packets, collecting documentation, assisting with orientation logistics
Help maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with HR projects such as engagement initiatives, training support, and internal communications
Provide administrative support: filing, scanning, data entry
Support office operations including ordering supplies, coordinating meeting spaces, and helping with office events
Perform other assigned tasks to support HR leadership
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong interest in developing HR knowledge and growing within the field
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a dynamic engineering and manufacturing environment.
Prior internship, part-time, or leadership experience in HR, recruiting, customer service, administration, or a fast-paced office environment (preferred, but not required)
