Maintain and update employee master data in HR systems (e.g. SAP), ensuring accuracy and completeness
Process employee lifecycle events: New hires, organizational changes, promotions, transfers, leave of absence updates, terminations
Update employee-related data such as personal details, cost centers, positions, managers, and organizational assignments
Support time management activities within HR systems, including: Processing and validating time entries and time corrections, monitoring working time, absences, and leave data
Ensure accuracy and consistency of time data used for reporting
Perform time data reconciliations between systems
Support the generation and maintenance of HR and time-related reports
Assist in audits by providing accurate employee and time data
Maintain documentation and process guidelines
Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress), preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in HR administration, data maintenance, or time management processes is a plus
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
Good written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
Comfortable working with HR systems and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn in an international environment
