Provide SAP Basis support for Nokia’s SAP environment ranging from SAP R/3 4.6c to SAP S/4 HANA 2023 systems
Manage Database activities for SAP Systems on Oracle, IBM DB2 LUW, HANA and SAP ASE
Responsible for ensuring SLA for Requests, Incidents are delivered within the SLA.
Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance.
Able to work on certificate renewal, license management, SAP GUI
Should be able to study EWA and provide recommendations as relevant to stake holders and respective tower.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and ensure quality meets compliance requirements
Ability to work in shifts and deliver 24*7 support
