Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and address with the team lead.
Provide friendly and timely customer service.
Maintain accurate records of attempted contacts.
Requirements
2+ years' experience in a collections or comparable role, preferred
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Microsoft Office (Strong Excel Skills Preferred)
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
