Role Overview
- Monitoring and managing overdue installments
- Updating and cleansing customer databases
- Assisting in the preparation of recovery reports and KPIs
- Contacting customers via WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Handling customer service and negotiations through Chatwoot
- Issuing boletos (bank slips) and tracking payments
- Supporting collection, recovery, and credit-reporting campaigns
- Updating the CRM and recording interactions
Requirements
- Candidate currently enrolled in: Business Administration, Financial Management, Economics, or Accounting | From 3rd to 8th semester
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with customer service and building customer relationships
- Analytical and proactive mindset
- Desired: Knowledge of pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and filters in Excel
- Previous experience in customer service, collections, or telemarketing
- Experience with CRM and customer support tools (Chatwoot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar)
- Basic understanding of metrics and report preparation
- Ability to work with large volumes of information/data
