About this role
Role Overview
Support key employee life cycle processes such as new professionals, data management, absence management, transfers, leavers
Preparing global HR documentation, i.e. employment contracts, HR policies, country-specific onboarding guides
Organize and maintain employee records via our proprietary Platform
Benefits administration on behalf of customers & professionals
Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data
Carry out audits and checks on data changes
Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes
Communicate both verbally and in written form with professionals and our customers to explain and resolve queries
Support with review and renewal of company policies, and legal compliance
Communicate and liaise with GP partners/vendors
First point of contact for employees on any HR related inquiries
Requirements
5-8 years of HR operations experience
Proficient in both written and verbal English
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude
Strong administration background
Literacy with MS Office
Basic knowledge of labor legislation throughout EMEA region
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Proven work experience in similar human resources positions
Ability to work in international team
