MM clients that sit primarily within the £550K
£1.4M GMV bracket.
Ability to understand our target prospects' needs, quantify their pain points and conduct high-level, relevant discussions with various stakeholders within each org, from Office Managers, Procurement to CFOs, explaining how the Perk Value Proposition aligns to their needs.
Evaluate the existing infrastructure of the clients and consult the individual SaaS solutions.
Present product demos, negotiate with multiple stakeholders and follow-up until closing the deal.
Own the total sales process from the first touchpoint to contract negotiations.
Master the sales forecast as well as the tactical planning.
Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches.
Help define and establish best practices together with wider TK teams.
Monitor and report on sales performance analytics and forecasts.
Drive own pipeline through Perk customer acquisition channels (own OB + encourage IB, SP & support SDR function).
Deeply qualify customers to drive more complex orders (inc. FlexiTrip & Expense Contracts).
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.
Building strong internal relationships in order to provide an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
Exceptional English fluency (native or near-native).
Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
Solid understanding of organisational technical infrastructure.
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and contracting.
Driven, ambitious, ethical, and sound in approach.
Customer-centric mindset.
Data-driven; values insights over opinions.
