Role Overview
Own the full sales cycle for Enterprise accounts, from first strategic conversation to contract signature.
Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline, ensuring rigorous forecasting and hygiene within Hubspot.
Lead high-stakes conversations primarily with CFOs, Treasurers, and senior finance leaders.
Translate complex financial structures into clear value propositions, positioning Clara as a strategic partner.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Risk, Product, and Operations to deliver tailored solutions for large-scale enterprises.
Manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with discipline, navigating complexities of corporate buying processes in Brazil.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B sales, with a specific focus on navigating complex deals.
Proven background in banking, fintech, or B2B tech companies, with a deep understanding of how financial decisions are made in large organizations in Brazil.
Proven experience selling to C-level executives (CFOs, Controllers). You are comfortable leading conversations around financial products, risk, and controls.
Based in São Paulo or surrounding areas, available to go to the office 2x per week.
Working proficiency in Portuguese and English.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex information into clear, actionable insights.
Proven role-specific execution with the ability to operate with ambiguity. You possess strong business judgment, structured thinking, adaptability to fast-changing environments, and a high degree of ownership.
