SEO Manager

Role Overview

• Conduct in-depth technical audits and implement optimizations
• Support keyword analyses and provide strategic direction for clients
• Ensure that editorial output meets SEO requirements
• Monitor performance using tools such as Search Console and Sistrix
• Provide direct client consulting for mid-sized (Mittelstand) clients
• Explain technical measures in clear, easy-to-understand terms

Requirements

• Solid professional experience in SEO
• Proven track record in technical optimization
• Hands-on mentality — implement technical solutions yourself
• Strong proficiency with modern SEO tools
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recommendations
• Excellent German language skills
