Setup, configure, and manage SaaS solutions.

Assess the technology requirements for new hub offices.

Azure; Entra ID, Virtual Servers, Backup, Enterprise Applications, Logic Apps, Automation.
Networking: Windows, Azure, Cisco Meraki, Cisco ISE.
Experience of implementing and managing cloud and hybrid solutions.
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
Hands-on and remote troubleshooting skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact well with people at all levels.
Well organised and able to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
Infrastructure as Code, Azure DevOps and Bicep are desired but not required.
Experience managing Veeam Backup, SolarWinds, and PaperCut is desired but not required.
Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or other Azure certification is desired but not required.
Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist (CMSS) or other networking certification is desired but not required.
Cisco Certified Specialist – Security Identity Management Implementation certification is desired but not required.
