Lead the marketing project workstream from intake and scoping through execution
Serve as the primary operational liaison between Marketing, Product, CX, and Compliance
Build, optimize, and manage workflows in Jira and Asana
Proactively identify dependencies and manage timelines
Create and maintain shared documentation for processes and workflows
Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies and implement improvements
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role in a compliance heavy environment.
High proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, and G Suite
Proven experience building operational processes from scratch
Strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders across different levels of an organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong sense of accountability
