Support the Partner Management activities including Partner data governance
Maintaining continuous attention to partner data quality by identifying and executing tasks to preserve data
Evaluating and streamlining risk management standards for Partner Data Management activities
Managing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for partners
Perform checks and execute risk control standards for Partner Management
Manage International Trade Control (ITC) risk control mechanism in collaboration with Compliance & Governance
Recommend, manage, and execute data improvement actions in collaboration with stakeholders
Leading improvement projects & implementing lean principles / methodologies

Graduate / Post-graduate in Business Management or similar
3-4 years' experience as a Research Analyst; especially in Business research, KYC & Analysis
Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & MS Teams
Good understanding of Governance and Risk Control framework for CRM tools
Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to deliver results in time
Must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
Working experience with various countries and cultures would be a plus
Insurance Certification/ experience would be a plus
Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Visualization tools would be a plus
