Ensure leads meet specific criteria related to stream of studies, graduation year, and relevance for Fresh Prints' custom apparel business
Communicate regularly with the team on progress and flag any challenges or insights
Maintain data accuracy and timely updates in lead databases
Collaborate with the manager to improve sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency
Stay open to experimenting with AI tools such as Claude and other sourcing technologies to improve recruiter productivity and sourcing outcomes

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, along with a neutral accent
Fluency in English is a must
Strong understanding of LinkedIn sourcing and candidate outreach
Comfortable using Boolean search techniques for sourcing
Open to learning and experimenting with AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows
Great interpersonal and people skills
LinkedIn recruiting experience is preferred
1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (We are also open to freshers with internship experience)
1+ years of outbound sales or marketing experience
Detail-oriented and meticulous with work
Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
