Role Overview
Drive cross-functional coordination between rack manufacturing, deployment operations, and site readiness programs.
Manage operational execution across rack contract manufacturers including CTB tracking, build planning, and escalations.
Coordinate rack delivery timelines against infrastructure deployment readiness milestones.
Partner with sustaining manufacturing engineering teams on RCCA tracking and operational issue resolution.
Translate strategic planning and deployment inputs into actionable SKU-level manufacturing and delivery schedules.
Drive execution across multiple concurrent deployment programs with shifting priorities and timelines.
Develop operational mechanisms, reporting, and tracking systems to improve manufacturing and deployment visibility.
Partner across Infrastructure Strategy, Deployment, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, and Capacity Planning organizations.
Requirements
Have 7+ years of experience in technical program management, manufacturing operations, hardware operations, or infrastructure deployment.
Have experience managing large-scale hardware manufacturing or supply chain programs.
Are comfortable operating across manufacturing, logistics, deployment, and infrastructure readiness workflows.
Have experience working with contract manufacturers, build planning, or deployment execution.
Can drive structured execution in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
Have strong operational rigor and escalation management skills.
Are highly cross-functional and can align technical and operational stakeholders effectively.
Communicate clearly across executive, operational, and engineering audiences.
