Implement, set up, and monitor campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Perform daily controls of pacing, spend/investment, and key metrics
Identify optimization opportunities and recommend campaign adjustments
Ensure quality of campaign setup, tracking, and delivery
Support the senior team with client-related routines/activities

Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
Solid experience in an advertising agency, working in media performance
Good knowledge of major media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
Proficiency in creating reports and daily controls
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.)
Organized, autonomous, and detail-oriented
Nice to have: Experience in client/partner meetings and interactions
Experience presenting reports
Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint
Knowledge of GA4 and visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI)
