You will work closely with founders and hiring managers to define role profiles, prioritize hires, and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
You will identify, approach, and qualify candidates across multiple channels, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.
You will advise stakeholders with clear market insights on topics such as salary benchmarks, role profiles, and candidate fit.
You will conduct interviews, facilitate debriefs, and support the offer process to ensure a first-class candidate experience.
You will develop and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and playbooks—both for our clients and for Satellite.
You will share your knowledge within the team and support colleagues with recruiting best practices.
Requirements
Experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally in a tech environment or covering a mix of tech and business roles.
Experience in active sourcing as well as in approaching and assessing candidates through various channels.
Ability to advise stakeholders on market trends, role profiles, and hiring decisions.
Experience optimizing recruiting processes and tools to improve efficiency.
Team-oriented working style and close collaboration with colleagues in the Satellite team.
Fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
You are based in Berlin.
You are open to hybrid working: one day per week in a Satellite co-working space and occasional on-site days at client locations.
