Role Overview
- Advising international clients on German individual and collective employment law
- Supporting restructurings, outsourcing projects and M&A transactions
- Drafting and implementing international HR policies in the German context
- Supporting cross-border projects
- Negotiating with works councils and assisting in labor court proceedings
- Close collaboration with international teams and interfaces to other practice groups
Requirements
- Above-average results in the German state law exams (Staatsexamina)
- Initial experience in employment law (entry-level to junior level)
- Very good German and English language skills
- Interest in business matters and international work
- Structured, independent working style and a team-oriented approach
