Call and email potential clients in the US and AUS to schedule appointments
Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns and referrals
Maintain an updated calendar of scheduled calls or demos
Document all communications accurately in CRM
Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
Screen & vet leads for fit competencies, and technical skills
Develop and maintain a prospecting database or CRM, and make sure that details are accurate

At least 1 year of proven experience as an appointment setter with international clients
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Impressive interpersonal skills
Able to work on a graveyard shift
Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g,. MS Office)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
