About this role
Role Overview
Handle outbound calls with leads and schedule appointments on the client’s calendar
Confirm lead information, appointment details, and time zones
Send follow up texts and communication updates regarding calls and bookings
Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings and other virtual appointments
Maintain accurate records and scheduling workflows
Requirements
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) – C1/C2 level
Tech savvy and comfortable using Zoom and scheduling platforms
Comfortable handling daily outbound phone calls with leads
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly Preferred :
Experience using GoHighLevel
Experience using CRM systems
Previous appointment setting or sales support experience
Nice to Have :
Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets
Customer service background
