About this role
Role Overview
- Handle outbound calls with leads and schedule appointments on the client’s calendar
- Confirm lead information, appointment details, and time zones
- Send follow up texts and communication updates regarding calls and bookings
- Schedule and coordinate Zoom meetings and other virtual appointments
- Maintain accurate records and scheduling workflows
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) – C1/C2 level
- Tech savvy and comfortable using Zoom and scheduling platforms
- Comfortable handling daily outbound phone calls with leads
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Highly Preferred :
- Experience using GoHighLevel
- Experience using CRM systems
- Previous appointment setting or sales support experience
Nice to Have :
- Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Customer service background
