About this role
Role Overview
Manage Service team (Workshop and Field Service Technicians, Administration and Service Partners)
Maintaining and develop long standing relationships with new and existing customers
Pursue new and existing service sales opportunities
Provide advice and guidance to technicians and customers
Manage financial responsibilities for the Service department
Coach and develop Service Team members
Requirements
Sound technical knowledge of Earthmoving Equipment
Previous management or team leadership experience
Ability to manage departmental P&L’s, quotes, WIP & invoicing; and to identify areas for improvement or additional business opportunity
Good communication and negotiation skills
Hold a current driver’s license
