Role Overview
- Manage Service team (Workshop and Field Service Technicians, Administration and Service Partners)
- Maintaining and develop long standing relationships with new and existing customers
- Pursue new and existing service sales opportunities
- Provide advice and guidance to technicians and customers
- Manage financial responsibilities for the Service department
- Coach and develop Service Team members
Requirements
- Sound technical knowledge of Earthmoving Equipment
- Previous management or team leadership experience
- Ability to manage departmental P&L’s, quotes, WIP & invoicing; and to identify areas for improvement or additional business opportunity
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Hold a current driver’s license
