Role Overview
Develop and implement comprehensive talent engagement strategies and programs to enhance employee experience and retention.
Partner with business leaders and global talent teams to identify engagement needs and design initiatives that support an inclusive culture.
Lead efforts to assess employee engagement and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
8+ years of employee engagement, talent management, or related human resources functions experience
Extensive experience in talent engagement or related human resources functions with a proven ability to design and implement effective engagement programs.
Strong knowledge of employee engagement measurement tools and techniques, and the ability to analyze data to inform strategy.
Expertise in inclusion, belonging and well-being initiatives and their integration into talent engagement strategies.
Proficiency with HRIS systems and talent management software to support engagement activities and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working in a corporate or strategic business group environment.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills focused on global mindset.
Ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple levels of an organization.
Passion for fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
