About this role
Role Overview
- Lead strategic growth initiatives across Process Automation by driving Competitive Displacement, Safety, Fire & Gas (F&G), and TSI (Total Solutions Integration) portfolios.
- Responsible for end-to-end program leadership, aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate customer acquisition, expand installed base penetration, and deliver differentiated solutions across global markets.
- Lead global growth strategies across Competitive Displacement, Safety, F&G, and TSI portfolios.
- Drive competitive displacement initiatives and installed base expansion.
- Build and manage executive-level customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
- Lead global program execution, governance, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Process or Industrial Automation.
- Proven experience in business development, program leadership, or strategy.
- Ability to influence without authority in matrix organizations.
- Strong commercial and customer engagement skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution focus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
- Strong understanding of DCS/PLC, Safety, F&G, and TSI solutions.
