Lead strategic growth initiatives across Process Automation by driving Competitive Displacement, Safety, Fire & Gas (F&G), and TSI (Total Solutions Integration) portfolios.
Responsible for end-to-end program leadership, aligning cross-functional teams to accelerate customer acquisition, expand installed base penetration, and deliver differentiated solutions across global markets.
Lead global growth strategies across Competitive Displacement, Safety, F&G, and TSI portfolios.
Drive competitive displacement initiatives and installed base expansion.
Build and manage executive-level customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
Lead global program execution, governance, and performance tracking.
Requirements
10+ years experience in Process or Industrial Automation.
Proven experience in business development, program leadership, or strategy.
Ability to influence without authority in matrix organizations.
Strong commercial and customer engagement skills.
Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
Strategic thinking with strong execution focus.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
Strong understanding of DCS/PLC, Safety, F&G, and TSI solutions.
