The successful candidate will act as the bridge between the business, technical, and operations teams
Analyze business requirements and gather technical requirements for executing client project requests
Manage project requests related to system implementations and digital marketing
Mediate between clients, internal teams, and support areas, ensuring all parties work and produce toward the objectives established by management
Support the development of digital marketing solutions and identify problems and their root causes

Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis within digital marketing using agile methodologies, e.g., Scrum or Kanban
Knowledge and hands-on experience with project management tools
Advanced knowledge of Spanish is mandatory (particularly spoken and written skills)
English proficiency is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactivity, organization, and autonomy
Strong analytical/logical skills for eliciting and analyzing technical requirements associated with business needs
Flexibility to work with clients from diverse industries
Ability to map all deliverables in response to client requests, with support from the strategic team
