Clinical Manager

Role Overview

• Lead initiatives that impact patient care quality while supporting the professional growth of the clinical team;
• Act as a clinical resource for employees, clients, and internal stakeholders;
• Oversee Board of Nursing compliance and manage related processes and reporting;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize clinical operations;

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited program in nursing or an allied health profession;
• Current, valid professional license or certification in the relevant discipline;
• Minimum 7 years of clinical experience in an acute care or relevant healthcare setting;
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare settings;
• Recent healthcare facility experience (within the last 3 years).
