About this role

Supervises assigned personnel to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Monitors personal appearance, dress code, and conduct of personnel
Maintains a current read and file of all memorandums
Coordinates, schedules, and reviews crew and maintenance training
Develops scheduling procedures with clients
Approves PTO for assigned personnel
Updates flight coordinator on schedule changes
Conducts meetings with personnel to coordinate activities
Approves expense accounts for assigned personnel
Participates in the interview process of all assigned personnel
Submits written reports as required
Maintains a Training Currency and Monthly Flight Time Record
Ensures timely submission of training records and other operations data

3000 hours of total time
1500 hours of PIC
1500 hours of MEL
500 hours of MEL PIC
500 hours of time in Turbo Jet
250 hours of Instrument time
NBAA CAM certification preferred
Management background with a demonstrated track record of exceptional leadership
Experience in multiple facets of training for flight operations personnel
Budget development and management experience
College degree and/or advanced (non-flight) training
Interpersonal communication skills to coordinate activities
Track record of contributing to the development of industry “best practices”.
