Role Overview
Develop and implement the mid-term strategic direction for sales incentive programs, aligning with company business goals
Lead the design and implementation of complex, global sales incentive programs, ensuring alignment with regional nuances and market dynamics
Serve as a subject matter expert on sales incentive design and best practices, providing guidance to senior management and other stakeholders
Develop and implement innovative solutions to address highly complex incentive-related challenges
Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in incentive program effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements
5-10 years of sales and compensation design and implementation of complex, global sales incentive programs
Strong hands on experience in evolving and implementing sales plans and processes that focus on growth and business impact
Leadership of cross-functional teams and strong engagement across multi product sales teams and offerings
