New hires/onboarding, terminations/offboarding, and timekeeping
Payroll processing and statutory labor charges
Management of vacation and 13th-month pay (annual bonus)
Supervision and management of CLT employees and PJ contractors (formal employees and contracted service providers)
Support People Development and internal marketing (employee engagement) initiatives
Support onboarding and help new employees adapt to the company culture
Collaborate on continuous improvement of HR processes and integration of new people management practices
Provide support to leadership in team competency development, retention strategies, and identification of human resources needs
Requirements
Experience in personnel/payroll processes, including hiring/onboarding, terminations/offboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance with tax and fiscal obligations
Experience working with CLT employees and PJ contractors (formal employees and contracted service providers)
Knowledge of People Development and internal marketing/employee engagement
Familiarity with HR management systems such as Ahgora, Timesheet, and Vixting
Experience in technology companies is a plus
